Steve Loper of Amadeus Consulting Named to the Denver Business Journal's List of "Forty under 40" Business Leaders
Steve Loper, partner and CTO at Amadeus Consulting, was named to the 13th annual Denver Business Journal's "Forty under 40" list for 2009 for his strengths in business leadership.

BOULDER, CO, July 18, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Amadeus Consulting, a custom software development company, announced today that Steve Loper, partner and chief technology officer, was named to the 13th annual Denver Business Journal's "Forty under 40" list for 2009. The 40 rising stars profiled in this section - each under the age of 40 as of March 13 - were chosen based on three criteria: business leadership, recognition of accomplishments and community involvement.

The prestigious "Forty under 40" honorees were chosen out of more than 300 nominations for 187 individuals. The honorees were featured in a special section of the Denver Business Journal.

Steve Loper has been with Amadeus Consulting since 1995. As a result of his superior technical skills, knowledge, and his leadership in perfecting the Amadeus Consulting development methodology, Steve has been instrumental in the company's success. Steve has always known he was meant to work with computers, which led to his first job out of college as a software developer. Steve graduated Cum Laude from the prestigious Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana. He has been recognized by Microsoft as a Most Valuable Professional, and led a team of developers to win the Microsoft XP Challenge in the Healthcare Category in 2001.

Steve has also devoted time to Cub Scouts, Boulder Visual Studio Users Group, Moving to End Sexual Assault (MESA), and The Access Fund. Steve also applies his technology expertise toward helping his son's school, the Rocky Mountain School for the Gifted and Creative in Boulder, to raise funds. Steve Loper's community involvement is incredibly important to him and has become a family tradition. "It's something we all enjoy doing together," he said.
