Archive Systems Launches New Charity Service to Give Back to the Community
Company Recognizes the Benefits of Their Employees' Charitable Contributions

FAIRFIELD, NJ, June 11, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Archive Systems, a leading provider of accounts payable automation and records management services, today announced that the company has launched a new Charity Service program to enable its employees to participate in charitable endeavors. The program provides each employee with two additional days off per year to contribute their time to a charity of their choice.

Archive Systems has a long history of participating with charitable organizations and raising money for worthy causes. This includes contributions to Hoop-A-Paluza, the A. Harry Moore Program Gift Drive, and the American Red Cross Tsunami Relief and Recovery Efforts.

"At Archive Systems, we have always valued our relationship with various charitable organizations. As companies continue to cut back, we understand the importance of giving back now more than ever. That's why we launched this new program to help those in need. Now each of our 200 employees can devote two workdays per year to volunteer to a charity of their choice," stated Elene Costan, Director of Human Resources at Archive Systems.

All of Archive Systems' employees are encouraged to take advantage of this program and volunteer. "Imagine if each company provided this benefit to their employees. We would be able to make such a positive impact," added Costan.
