Bailey has extensive Oracle UCM expertise with over five and a half years of experience in delivering software solutions and building technical knowledge around the Oracle UCM (Stellent) system. She began her career as a software developer and support specialist at Cargill, Inc. and moved on to be a principal consultant at Stellent, Inc. who was acquired by Oracle in November of 2006.
