MidTen Media, Inc. announces the hiring of Todd Morefield as Director of Sales Operations
Internet Sales and software development company takes a military approach to sales in hiring its new Director of Sales Operations. Todd Morefield, former rugby great and military man takes command of sales for MidTen Media.


    /Enterprise Software News Articles/ - HENDERSONVILLE, TN, April 09, 2008 - In announcing the addition of Todd Morefield as Director of Sales, Joe Butler, President and CEO of MidTen Media (an internet media and software development company) says the addition of will bring a focus to the company's advertising that previously was missing. "MidTen has always been a top tier Internet company, but with Todd's military background and dealings with both the government and private sectors, we feel he will take us to that next level of client service and satisfaction and help MidTen grow beyond its current reach," said Butler.

Morefield graduated from Old Dominion University with a BA in Criminal Justice and went on to join the USAF. After spending six years in the USAF Special Operations Command he was recruited by the US Dept. of Justice and served on the Joint Task Force for the Mid-Atlantic. After five years with the Dept. of Justice Todd then moved to the civilian IT sector.

Morefield's first position in the civilian sector was with LTI as the U.S. Army/CONUS Manager. In his second year with LTI he grew his territory to include all government agencies in the Pacific Rim, Middle East, South and Central America and the Caribbean. His next role was as the Director of Business Development with EBS. He quickly grew the business to include DISA, U.S. Army National Guard Bureau and the Washington D.C. Government.

Moving to Nashville, TN Todd took on the role as Area Sales Manager for MP Intl. and grew one office with two employees to four offices across the state with over 30 employees. After three years Morefield desperately wanted to move back into the IT sector and accepted the position as Director of Sales for MidTen Media, Inc.
